Tired of being skinny?!


Question: Tired of being skinny!?
OK I have been skinny all my life and now that im 18 im tired of being really skinny I wanna gain some weight and make my legs bigger because right now they look like they belong to a ten year old!. I wanna know how can I gain ther weight that I wanna gain when I cannnot stick to the three meals a day and the whole counting the calories you consume thing!? My main thing is i want bigger legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you truly cannot eat more calories, I highly suggest you drink them!.!.!. protein powder is wonderful for that!. Each morning make a Power Smoothie - put some protein powder, a banana, some soy milk, some oatmeal, and some honey into a blender!.

Also, try eating more high protein foods, like fish and chicken, and foods that are high in "good" fat, like avocados and such!.

In addition to the eating habits, you will need to do resistance training!. To focus on your legs, squats and lunges are always best!. Also, I get lots of leg muscles from spinning class and step class!.

There are also lots of muscle building products out there you can buy, like muscle milk, and protein bars, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why is it you can't keep to the whole "3 meals a day" thing!. I haven't eaten only 3 meals a day in my life!. I eat atleast 5 meals a day!. If you wanna put on weight, make sure that you are eating a good amount of food every 1!.5 - 2 hours throughout the day!. Let me know if you have any more questions about something more specific!.

I like the first answer, add some wt!. bearing exercises as well!. Exercise will also increase you appetite!. I have the same problem!. If I don't keep up eating well I lose wt!. really quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically to get bigger you need to consume more calories then you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
