First of all, thank you!. In Mexico, we believe ONE of the ways to a guys heart is to get to his stomach as well!. Second of all, I only exercise when I'm bored!. I go on the treadmill and jog for an hour!. Then I do side bins and sit ups for about 30 minutes!. I lift weights for about another 1/2 hour!.Push ups for 15 I do these because I like to control my body shape!. I have a flat tummy, thin ( but not muscular) arms, d's that don't hang all the way to the ground, and a booty!. I love my curves and woud hate to lose them!. My guy says he'd love me either way, but I'm sure he'd be devastated! (^!.^)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just exercise and think this will provide good health to me!. My steps repetition is 10 to 15 step and 4-5 times after every 10 seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
