I need to lose baby weight and I can't work out. Help?!


Question: I need to lose baby weight and I can't work out!. Help!?
It's been almost 6 months!.!.!.!.!.and I really need to lose 15 pounds!. I know I need to exercise!. I'm somewhat active!. It's just that I live in an environment with dangerous air quality and 100+ temperatures- and I can't afford the gym for awhile!. Any ideas to get my metabolism going, and to cut back on calories!? You could do an exercise DVD in your home!. It sounds like you're eating pretty good, but you NEED to get some exercise!.

I love Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD's!. There are many different ones!. I have been using them for years, and they give you the best workout! I run, do the elliptical, but nothing beats the Tae Bo tapes!. They are also fun to do!.

You will really feel it! They work every muscle!. So, try doing doing an exercise tape, and see if that helps!.

Here's my general answer for everything!. : )

Its 80% diet, 20% exercise!.

Lean meats, lower carbs and sugars, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits!. Drink a TON of water!. Try to eat dinner before 7:30, and don't snack afterwords!.

To get metabolism going, you need to eat more often!. Smaller meals/snacks throughout the day!.

Start walking!.!.!.!.make it a goal to walk at least 30 minutes a day, just go around your neighborhood!. You must incorporate cardio exercise to be fully effective!. Walking is super easy and something you can do around your neighborhood!.

Its possible to lose weight!.!.!.a healthy amount is 2-3 pounds per week, but it is possible to do more, depending on how much you NEED to lose vs want to lose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhhh you can lose weight!. a low calorie diet and if you have stairs in your house walk up and down them for a half an hour!. seems weird i know but it works well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
