Well, you need to get in the gym or run/ walk outside!. Your body will not start to burn fat until AFTER 20 minutes of exercising!. So, for the first week run/walk for at least 30 minutes a day, 6 days out of the week!. Gradually build up distance and speed, this will burn calories more rapidly as you progress!. Secondly, you should eat 5 SMALL meals a day!. Eating LESS MORE often, will increase your metabolism and burn calories!. And lastly, you need light weight/ high repetition work outs along with your runs/walks!. Keep at it, once you see a change in your body's appearance, your motivation will rocket!.
