Is this a good workout for me?!


Question: Is this a good workout for me!?
My dream is too dunk before i reach year 12 and i want to have rock solid abs!.
Im 14, 5'5 weighing around 54kg!.

Heres the workout that i do every week:

- Air Alert on the days it is set
- 100 crunches every night with 4 sets of 10 bicycle crunches!. Also fitting in with this i do 2 planks, worth about a minute and i do 20 reverse crunches to finish it off!.
- Going for a 3km run on a Monday or Tuesday every week

I'm active 5 days a week, playing/training for sport as well!.

So is this a good workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

all is good except for the ab exercises u do!. its a better idea to start off small and then increase the amount u do and how long u hold them at the top!. also u have to mix it up every now and then, every 2 weeks or so, so ur body doesnt get used to the exercises u do and then stop building the muscle!.
just make sure u dont get bored of this u still have a long way to go until ur in year 12 so make sure u keep it up!. change the route u run as well, like increase hills and stuff and even add in weights to keep it mixed and so u work all parts of ur body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
