Question: Good proper diet Tips!?
I am really tired of people telling me that my beauty is wasted!. Cuz they say that I'm really beautiful but the only problem is, im a little bit chubby!. I already tried going on a diet but some things just keeps getting on the way that makes me come back in eating many foods again!. What tips can you guys give me except for the ones going on gyms!? Cuz they dont know how much im tired of it saying that im wasting my own beauty!. I need urgent help about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not the expert of this but i can tell you that i manage to maintain healthy weight even though i eat a lot!. Many of my friends especially female friends envy of me because they are longing to eat more like what i did and at the same time manage to maintain healthy weight!. The tips from me!? i do not go to the gym, i seldom excercise but i will try to walk whenver i can, have balanced diet with more vege than meat, enough sleep as staying up late will make you crave for supper, drink lots of water as drinking can neutralise or dilute hydrocloric acids produced from the stomach, never skip meals but have small portions everytime you feel hungry, eat just enough to cover your hunger!. With all these, i believe you can do as what i manage to do also, let your beauty shine!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
