How can I lose 12 punds before Aug 27 [school starts back]?!


Question:

How can I lose 12 punds before Aug 27 [school starts back]?

I weigh around 140 lbs and I really want to be in the 120's
My jeans are a size 9 and Im really athletic its just that in the summer i slack oFF
I just need some tips...
Dieting doesnt really work well for me b/c im living with a chef but im willing to try it if i know what to do
PLEASE HELP!

Haha...I slack off in the summer too--foods everywhere and you get bored easily right?! I'm athletic too so it helps lifting weights or running for about 30min once a day. You don't want to decrease your calorie intake to much because, like you said your athletic, so you'll just end up losing muscle as wellas fat. But if you really want to get down to the 120s and in about 2 months--its possible, but you might risk muscle because you doing it unhealthly and too fast (which I don't recommend). So just take it slowly--eat less, exercise more, and the pounds will definitely drop! <3
