Tips for a healthy diet (13 years old)?!


Question: Tips for a healthy diet (13 years old)!?
I'm 152 cm (5ft) and I weigh 42!.2kg (92!.8 lbs)!.
I would like to maintain my weight or lose some!.
I play volleyball about 3 times a week!. Sometimes I go the whole day from 6am till 6pm on a bottle of juice and bread from breakfast!.
In class, I feel hungry, and when it's time for lunch, I take a look at the canteen and feel bloated!.!.!.and end up having a drink instead!. I really don't think I should continue with this, but I really don't feel like taking lunch!. Is there something to do with the fact that I think that I'm fat!? No matter how much I deny it, I'm obsessed over my weight!. :\

here are some simple rules!.!.!.
NO soda
only low fat milk and water
eat according to the food pyramid (print off a copy)
eat at least 2 a day!.
exercise at least 20-40 min a day
always eat breakfast
i have some friends who are aneroexic and belimic, they are always like omg your so skinny how do you do it!. i just say eat healthy and exercise, then they are like eh no, it wont work for me! ah they are so lazy, trust me it works! please eat :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
