hey everyone
im 16 and yes i wanna be toned and healthy but i just dont understand why there are younger teens on here that wanna be skinny. NEWSFLASH! Guys love curves! They want a girl with hips, a butt and boobs so dont try and get rid of them, show them off! Ive asked guys before and their answer is always that they love curves. I'm not saying that girls that are naturally skinny arent beautiful, guys love them too! but the difference is that they are NATURALLY skinny!

In caveman times, men used to want women with big hips because they knew they could support a child with them and women loved men that were good with their hands cos it showed that they could provide for the family. These instincts are stil here today and that is a reason why, subconsciencly, men love big hips and women love men that are good with their hands! (Read that somewhere once)

Natural curves are beautiful to men and women, I agree. Naturally thin girls/women are beautiful to other girls/women.
Very interesting thing about cavemen times.
But if someone is over-fat, they need to get to a normal size. If they're not, there's no reason they should be bothering themselves or other people about their irrational "need" to lose weight. But society and bad body image can lead to disastarous results.
