Getting fit...?
What is the fastest way to get cut (not necessarily "buff"), just toned and defined? I know that I will have to get on a high protein diet such as x amount of eggs per day. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't necessaritly go on a high protein diet...I would include some carbs too for energy and protein for building...If you want to get a little toned and define eat more than you burn...If you mainly just eat protein, you will loose more muscle faster than you do fat...You need to eat a small meal every 2 or 3 hours or so....and workout wise, i would include the majority of my workout to weight training every 2 or 3 days...You need alot of rest after training to recovery and grow...
