Some advise please :)?!


Question: Some advise please :)!?
Well i had my first baby 5 months ago, but 4 months ago i weighed myself and i was a whopping 14 stone after the birth of my child, so in the last 4 months i've been trying to lose weight im now 12 stone 4lbs, (172lbs)
I'm female, and im 5ft 6!. How many more lbs do you recommend i lose!?
At what weight do you think is best for me!?
Please any advise would be appriciated!?

Congratulations on the birth of your first baby!. I have 4 boys!. Their ages are 5, 7, 10 & 13!. I know, I struggled with my weight after the birth of all my boys!. I have now reached a weight where I feel very comfortable!. But it has taken me a long, long time!.

For your height at 5ft 6" a minimum healthy weight (BMI 20) is 8 stone 12 lbs, to a maximum healthy weight (BMI 25) is 11 stone 1lb!. These weight ranges are based on Body Mass Index or BMI!. The lowest is a BMI 20 and the highest is a BMI of 25!. Any weight within this range is considered healthy by experts!.

Whether you want to be slimmer, fitter, healthier or all three!. It is your choice, it's your goal, and its unique to you!.

As I said I struggled for many, many years with my weight!. But now I feel comfortable!. I had tried many, many diets in the past!. Yes, whilst many worked, some more than others!. Unfortunately, as soon as I stopped all the weight would pile back on again, plus more!.

So 15 months ago I decided to change my lifestyle!. I decided to eat a healthy sensible diet and embarked on regular exercise!. Both of which I had not done before!. The results were absolutely amazing!. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!.
