Napping after working out and eating?
I usually workout in the afternoon but first let me break it down. Morning wake up, eat cereal, and a fruit, have a protein shake few hours later about 45 mins before workout, workout, eat within in the next 30 mins, fall asleep within an hour and sleep for an hour or two, is this healthy or recommended?

this happens to me also!
and its completely healthy.. when you work out you will feel hungrier naturally. but make sure you don't overeat! and sleep is great. its giving your body a chance to recouperate from the workout.. its necessary in repairing your muscles
