MY TUMMY IS BIG and ROUND....:D?!


Question: MY TUMMY IS BIG and ROUND!.!.!.!.:D!?
And I've been battling for years,trying to reduce its size!.
I have now decided to go on a final diet,which involves low fat foods and exercise!.The problem is I don't know what sort of exercise to do!.Any ideas!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your best would be to get a good variety in!. I would try to do cardiovascular excercise (biking, walking, jogging, rollerblading, etc!.), strength training (free weights or Natilus machines), and stretching!. All three work together to make the body strong and lean: cardiovascular excercises burn fat and keep the heart healthy; strength training works the muscles so that you don't look like a limp string-bean once you lose all that fat from your cardio; stretching makes you more efficient in your weight-lifting and cardio!.

You will want to start off small, limiting the amount of time you spend excercising as you don't want to end up injuring yourself and prolonging the entire process!. But you'll be surprised to see how fast you see little improvements and how strong the human body really is!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming is fun and a good way to loose weight but you may feel self concious on how you look in your swim suit so if you do here are some other suggestions: buy a exercise machine my mum had an air walker i had amazing fun playing on that and i lost loads of weight so my mum stopped me using it cos im only 12! also i think bouncing on the trampoline helps my mum was on a diet not so long back and my trampoline helped herWww@Answer-Health@Com

3!.lay on your back lift your legs straight up and push your butt off the ground 10 times

4!.tick tock:lay on your back with your legs straight up and your hands out to balance you!.rock your legs side to side touching the floor with your toes each time!. (its really hard)do 10

go to bed and sleep on right side only
next day you will find calcium deposits come out
from knee joints and green pea shape size formulations!.
eat light when you feel on meals

go out for a 30 minute jog every morning and/or night also invite some friends to go swmming with u remember u can have fun while excersizing!. here is some healthy foods to eat:
carrots, celary, tomaots, salad, corn, squash, etc!.!.!., watermelon, apples, peaches, plumbs, pears, grapes, etc!.!.!.

Try pilates if you can and get a work out DVD or two they worked for me!. Try squats and start off with crunches(they're not fun but they help) Also, while you excercise breath and drink alot of water!. Oh, to help me lose weight I do twists (stand still with ur legs apart, put ur arms up like a 90 degree angle and just twist ur torso!. U might get some little cramps in the beginning!.) Hello,,survey says!!give up this computer gizmo,,just sitting here is the work of a fatness waiting to happen,,I'd suggest(but hardly ever do) just going outside and walking around,,nothing to hard about that,but man it's so easy to just sit here and spread "joy",,haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio exercise! If you are big and round it means that you have excess fat to burn in that area!. Do at least 30-40 mins of cardio 3 times a week followed by abdo exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com
