Answers:
to build muscle you won't gain fat!. the only thing that makes you fat is too many calories!. working out regularly and staying on a healthy diet you won't gain fat if anything you will get leaner!. maybe get a six pack if you do it right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A guide you could consider looking up is "The Truth About Six Pack Abs"!. It costs a few US dorrahs, but it's worth getting!. For immediate help, however, I'll give you the calorie equation from one of the earlier chapters of the book!.

RMR = 66 + (12!.7 x height) + (6!.27 x weight) - (6!.8 x age)
height is in inches
weight is in pounds
age is in years

If you're going to be an active exerciser (four or five times a week doing weights and routines) you should multiply that by 1!.5 for your DAILY calorie intake!. If you're going to be less active, and just work out two or three times per week, multiply it by 1!.4!.

I can't stress how useful the guide is though; it gives you so much dietary help and reveals a whole lot of notes to make you a more physically effective person that it's really worth getting a hold of - and there's way too much for me to quote here!. Especially not legally ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've read a statistic which says 85% of people cannot gain muscle without gaining fat!. If you put on weight through training and diet, inevitably you're going to gain fat along with muscle!. The key is to try and keep your fat gains to a minimum by removing empty calories from your diet!. eg: Chocolate, Coke, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u dont have to eat allot more, just take protien shakes b4 and afta workouts!. that shud b it really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
