How do i lose my gut ?

i used to drink beers so i thought it was a beer belly. i no longer drink . i stopped about 6 months ago . i have been running for about 1 month and i see no results . whats the easiest way to lose my gut and build a six pack. what should i/shouldnt i eat . does anyone out there have a good routine that i can follow?

Routine:

1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you'll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get "smaller" but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end!

2. drink water! you'll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time

3. run/walk/swim/bike/situps/push... lol whatever u can do! do it everyday if u can. and you dont even have to do it all at once.. you can split it up into morning and evening

now abs are essential for what you want to do.. start out doing 25 situps alternated with 10 pushups and gradually increase and you'll DEFINITELY see the change
