Answers:
You're probably just thirsty and the first thing you want is soda!. Try drinking alot of water, then do something that will take your mind off of the soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay AWAY from soda, especially diet Coke, which is basically worse for u in your cardiovascular system and everything (but not as fattening) than regular Coke!.
Since you gave up soda and I'm guessing u used to drink a lot of it, you have a killer craving!. If you have a coke in the back of your fridge, keep it there!. DON'T put it out in plain view, because studies show that people were 60% more likely to give in to junk food cravings if it was in easy access!.

Don't succumb to the cravings, they'll probably pass after about 5 minutes!.

U r probably just THIRSTY, and soda tastes better than plain water!. However it leaves an icky feeling in my mouth some time after drinking it, so you can brush your teeth beforehand and then you won't want to mess up your clean mouth!. Also, dark sodas like Coke and Dr Pepper can stain your teeth!.

Remember, think of soda as a fattening junk food, not a "delicious gushing sweet fountain" no matter what the ads say! Drink some sparkling mineral water and go jogging or something to get exercise AND take your mind off the soda!. When you come back, you'll feel proud of yourself for getting exercise instead of feeling bloated and ashamed because you binged on soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go get some orange juice and add sparkling mineral water to it!.
But whatever it takes, stay away from sodas all together!. Want more help!? Read this,

"It's a surprise, I think, that a diet soft drink is linked to metabolic disease," said Cleveland Clinic researcher Dr!. Leslie Cho!.
The link was found by Boston University researchers in a study of more than 9,000 men and women!.

Those who drank one soda or more a day, even diet, had an increased risk of obesity, high cholesterol and other problems that raise the risk of heart disease!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
