Question: What are some key exersises for nice legs!?!?!?
i'm 115-8 so i dont think i should lose weight, but i want to improve on my legs!.!.!.there short, i'm only 5'5, so are there any key exersises aside from lunges!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do squats and lunges!. They work the quad, glute, and hammies!.
Be sure to do low weight and high reps!. 4 sets of 10 should be good for the squats!. 4 sets of 20 (10 on each leg) should be good for the lunges!. Do these 3-4 times a week with a day of rest in between and you should have nice legs in no time!. Another suggestion is to start running 1-2 miles every other day!. For a true workout that will kill your legs at the beginning but will help in the long run, do the squat and lunge exercises, then go run 1-2 miles!. Rest the next day!. Then do it again after the rest day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
