What else can I do to loose weight...?!


Question: What else can I do to loose weight!.!.!.!?
I am running 1/2 of a mile every evening
I eat pretty decent (very little junk)

I am planning to join the NM National Guard
and !.!.!.I need to loose around 60 lbs!.

I am severly obese!.!.!.what are some tips and tricks to loose extra weight

I've heard of drinking as much water as possible!.!.!.what else

okay the most important thing to remember is to forget the word "diet"!.
dont pick a diet or anything!.!.
what i do is just realize what im eating!.
in the morning i have some yogurt!.!. its light and low in calories
for lunch theres light options such as turkey sandwiches!.!. but try like half the bread!.!. just get the idea that say you burn 500 calories running!.!. well every food you eat bad youre just going to have to burn off!.!.
good job with teh running though!
if youre an ice cream junkie, try the weight watchers Giant ice cream bars!.!.!. trust me theyre not gross!.!. im just a teenager and im really picky and i thnk theyre good!.
next, drink up lots of water!.!.!. even add some crystal light packs to your water bottles (if you believe in fake sugar)
the main thing that helped me become food concious is to just go to the store and spend a few hours looking at the things you eat!.!.!. just eat less! and look at whats in your food!.!.
a lot of "diet" food is like low in calories for example, but high in sugar, which melts into fat!.!. not good!
a good drink i drink is called FUZE teh slenderize group!.!. great tasting and they make you less hungry
uhh donntt eat after 6-7 pm :] cause your metabolism slows down at night!
i personally think most lean cusine and healthy choice boxed frozen dinners are gross EXcept!
lean cusine has amzing paninis! i enjoy the chicken with spinich and mushroom one!.!. really healthy and filling!
(remember im a picky teen who doesnt like gross food) and also the lean cuisine pizzas are good
for snacks i have the new 90 & 80 calorie packs of cereal, Pops and fruit looops =]
if you enjoy oatmeal cookies!.!. go for the quaker breakfast cookies!.!. those are good
just watch what you eat and those pounds will come right off!.!.
maybe you could try other excersises like a bike or jumping jacks!? or just increase your 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile =]

I have been losing weight for months now!. I can tell you that water is definitely key!. Weeks I would not drink enough water, then my weightloss was slower!.

If you do not give your body enough water then it will go into "drough mode" and cause you to retain a lot of water!. But do not drink as much as possible, because you can actually flush out needed nutrients!. If you are exercising then I would drink 8 8ounce glasses a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that causes your body to drop pounds!?
