Question: What is typically a good weight for a 22 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall!?

i am right in the middle of 5'1 and 5'2 and i weight 111lbs (going down to 110lbs!.!.i had gained 5lbs cause i was sick)!. I must admit that i dont have the most muscle in the world but i am started to gain alot of it !.!.i have been working out like crazy!.!.!. anyway!.!.!. i think that between 105-115 is what u should weight!.!.!.but it also does depend on ur body type!.!.!.if ur a person who has a lot of muscle it is perfectly fine weighting more becuase muscle weights more then fat!. if u are not i would suggest getting somewhere between that range and building some muscle (a lil muscle is always good)

Depends on the your frame size and how much muscle you have versus fat, but I'd say anywhere between 103 to 125!.!.!.!.!.it can really vary as each person looks different!.!.!.!.now if you are over that, don't be upset with my answer!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
