I am Over-weight?!


Question: I am Over-weight!?
I am over-weight and have been going to the gym since the last two months!. By a lot of hard work i have reduced 11 kgs but the problem is that when i check my weight on the weighing machine!.!.!.the weight keeps fluctuating evry hour!.!.!.!.some times 85!.!.!.!.!.!.!.sometimes 86!.!.!.!.then 88 and even sometimes 89!.
I wanted to know what is this exactly and how is it happening!.!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight can change as little as 2 pounds a day to even more!. Due to water etc!. It is always best to check your weight at around the same time in the day to get a more accurate result!.

well dont worry, i think i maybe a helpfull person to you!.
because i was 106kg and 5!.7" and i lost 5 kg in seven days!. there's a diet plan for seven days its kind of hard but you if you can then do it!.!.
let me explain you the diet plan, write is down please!.

day 1- all you have to eat is furits in whole day but not the
bananas + mangos!. try water melon in the breakfast!.

day 2- all you have to eat the vegetables in whole day
****** or uncocked but dont put oil in it, should be
boiled!.

day 3- today you can mix the furits and vegatables, there is no
limit how much you eat!.

day 4- today all you have to eat is 8 bananas and three
glasses of milk, thatsit!.

day 5- today you may eat one cup of rich without oil only
boiled but you have to eat 6 tomatos and drink
a lot of water!.

day 6- you can eat one cup of rich as yesterday with
vegetables in whole day!.

day 7- to is the juices day!. you can drink as much as you like
the whole, thatsit!.

after seven days you have to come back on your normal life but should take meal with brown bread for 3 days!. then if you wanna loose more you can do the same again or just leave it and have fun in your life!.

Don't use the scale so often; when I diet I might check it every week or two and keep trying to reduce the number!. Also use a different scale; this one may be malfunctioning!. Old advice but, I'll throw it out anyway, increase your water intake, walk often (you don't need to walk fast just a decent stride) Can you take a short walk at work after lunch!? increase your fiber intake, like Kashi cereals with fruit for breakfast, salads for lunch and broiled fish or chicken for dinner with a vegetable!. Snack on fruit or something crunchy like carrots, a pickle, a cut up pepper etc!.!.!. The pounds will come off-guaranteed!. But ignore the scale!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight will fluctuate depending on lots of things, such as:

- drinking water
- going to the toilet
- how much you ate that day
- wearing different clothes each time you weigh yourself
- etc

The best idea is to weight yourself every morning after going to the toilet but not eating or drinking anything yet!.

Or the scales at the gym could be inaccurate, but they shouldn't be, at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

continue to work out, and you will loose fat and gain muscle !
you must lose sizes ! that is it!.!.!. don't worry, eat well, less, and work out, drink water and don't go to weight yourself everyday ! you'll get sick ! (I went trought that!!! it's bad) real bad!. just be happy to wear pants one size down and that tells you how much you're doing great !!!
