Weight loss?? Please help... I'm like hopeless right now..?!


Question: Weight loss!?!? Please help!.!.!. I'm like hopeless right now!.!.!?
Okay well 2 weeks ago I finally somehow got myself to start working out!.(I have pretty bad depression and health problems, and not a very nice living environment in every way!!) I weigh 186 right now and USED to be 130 pounds like!.!. a year ago!. I don't know what happened at all:( it makes me feel even worse when I gained all the weight when I didn't even barely eat! It actually got worse when I got put on anti depressants!.

What I want to know!.!.(I'm really pushing myself as hard as I can right now!.!. so far I'm doing cardio EVERY SINGLE DAY for about half an hour, the odd time I'll TRY to go an hour!.!.) is how long could it possibly take to lose the 50 pounds that I've gained!? Right now I just feel hopeless!.!. I keep reading it takes years!! and to me years is SO unbeleivably far away!.!. and I don't feel like I can keep motivated if it really takes that long!. The only motivation I have is people calling me a whale!.!.!. I never used to be this fat and I can't stand it anymore!. Please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first of all, it's neither hopeless nor impossible!. Is it going to take time to do it right!? Yes, but it certainly can be done!. You should aim to lose about 1-2 pounds per week!. Fast weight loss is not good for your body!. You might want to bump your cardio up to 45-60 minutes about 5 times per week!. You should give yourself 1 or 2 rest days per week!. You could also lift some light weights!. That will help build muscle, and the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't get discourage my dear!.!.!.just get motivated with a nice plan like The new york DIET by David Kirsch!. Read the book and try to follow it!. Also changing your exercise routine and adding some weight will help you!. Try to eat at dinner just a whey protein shake and forget about food!. You'll see results!. I can tell you that you will not loose the weight in years but in months/ CHEER UP!! Believe in yourself!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise is important but what you eat is also!.!.!.!.!.not how much you eat but what you eat!. get a Dr!. or a Dietitian to help you come up with a healthy eating program and then don't call it a diet!.!.!. call it a change in how you live!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well it will take time, but don't be bothered by it!. You cannot change the past but the future is your decision!.

Make sure you have a low carb diet!. This will help your body burn off the already stored energy in your body!. Also whenever you exercise make sure you sweat like a pig!. A good thing to do is wear a lot of clothes!. For example, if it is hot out, wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt!. The more you sweat the more you lose!. However, make sure you have plenty of water on hand, because you will lose a lot of your body's water through this work!. Maybe run a two or three times a day!. The more you work at it, the better, and the faster the results will come!.

YOU MUST STAY POSITIVE!!!
