If I only add exercise, will I still lose weight?!

Question: If I only add exercise, will I still lose weight!?
I hope this isn't one of those excessively asked questions! If so, I'm sorry!.

I'm overweight with these health issues:
Sleep apnea!.
Just entered the blood-sugar level for diabetes to be officially diagnosed!.

I just started working on the treadmill this past week (five times in eight days so far at 30 minute increments with plenty of sweating!)!. Normally I'm pretty sedentary, aside from taking my dog for short walks!. If I fail to get my eating habits under control (I'm trying, but let's just say), but continue this kind of exercise, will I still lose weight and maybe get the blood sugar issue under control!.

I've heard this is true but figure it couldn't help to ask!. Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
sadly no!. you could tone up, you could lose some weight but your blood sugar issue is diet controlled!. you should keep going on the treadmill though, it is good you are doing something!. i dont care how many people disagree with me on this but i have struggled with weight, i take care of diabetics who struggle and my endocronologist also told me that what you eat is FAR more important that what you do!. you will see results three times as fast if you control your food addiction and get that under control!. exercise is not enough unless you are doing it excessively, like several hours a day!. sorry hun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just try to change your diet in little ways, and up the time to 60 minutes as possible, and you'll have no problem!. Just say, I'll have less soda this week, or I wont have chips this week and cut out little things like that and replace them with healthier snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Possibly, but it all depends on the foods you are talking about, if they're relatively healthy than you can continue to eat them, but other than that, you're gonna have to change your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe, but to loose a pound, you have to burn 3500 calories MORE than you ate, so you have to burn the stuff you ate and the 3500 calories to loose a pound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will definitely help, but you will get the best results if you slowly start making healthier eating choices!. Start eating more vegetables!. This alone will help you cut back in other areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe it will help initially, but when your body gets used to using all that energy - you will then stop losing weight!.
I would say keep on working out, regardless of what you are eating, after the initial losses, you might be motivated to be more mindful of your eating!.
Weight Watchers is really a good program, they have an on-line program, you might want to start with - the most important lesson weight watchers offers is the daily healthy eating targets, if you master those, it will probably help with the diabetes!.

good luck to you on your journey (remember it is a journey and for most that are overweight, it's a long one!. But it is worth the effort)Www@Answer-Health@Com
