Question: Easiest way to lose 20-30 lbs!?
i NEED to lose about 20-30 lbs in 3 weeks!. help!!!

i play basketball
i jog !.
crunches!. etc

basically i am very athletic

i just cnt seem to portion out my meals

i need help with like if i want to lose this weight how many calories should i eat a day

overall:
eat a breakfast consiting of fruit, fruit smoothies and more fruit!.

lunch should be your largest meal of the day!
protien, salads, soups, steamed veggies!.!.!.

and then dinner, if your even hungry should be more fruit or a smoothie!.
