well!.!.!. u gotta eat a lot!.!. so u'll have more junk in the trunk!.!. lolz for a bigger butt!. u should get on the floor in doggy style, lift ur leg up but have ur leg bent, and lift the thigh up, and push ur leg/foot up towards the celling, do those until u feel a burn in the buttocks!.!. that helps to give ur a firm and bubble shaped behind! do like a hundred for each leg!.

i think they r called leg lifts!.!. and they make ur butt hurt!

either u can add more fat (eating a lot!.), or build muscle!.!.<-that^ can give u a firmer look and it giving it a bigger look!. or do both!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try this for big toned butt
!. You will need a solid chair or bench for this exercise!. This is to increase the useful range of motion of the exercise, which is important for maximizing it's effects!. You will also need to have something solid that you can grab onto!. This can be a railing or a door frame or a pole, etc!. Place the chair immediately in front of this solid object!.

2!. Stand on the chair on one leg facing the solid object and hold onto it at about waist level directly in front of you!. Your heel should be close to the back edge of the chair!.

3!. Lower your body as far down as you can go into a one-legged squat!. Your other leg will drop down below the level of the chair seat behind you!. You should feel a great stretch in your glute!. Make sure you continue to keep a firm grip on whatever you are holding on to!.

4!. Push yourself back up using your glute as much as possible!. This is most easily accomplished by focusing on pushing with your heel!. Also, you can stick your butt out while pushing back up to really maximize the effect!.



Note:

Use your grip to help pull yourself up as much as you need to but don't overuse your grip as that will decrease the tension put on your glutes during the exercise!.
Don't go to failure the first few times you do this exercise until you are used to the movement!.
This exercise puts a lot of tension and stretch on the glutes - a magical combination that will help you increase your butt size!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well as to what to eat eat a healthy balanced diet , and eat clean!. You may need to eat more to gain muscle!. It will rpobably take at leats six months to see some good results, and in tow years you cna have your perfect body if you stay dedicated!. These answers only have bum exercises however!. Oh and cornbread and crap is a myth, because black girls have big butts and they blacks eat cornbread in the south!. You really need to eat more claories and protein and eat a balcned diet, no white bread or sugar!. If it is man made don't eat it!. More whole grains, legumes, lean meats, cruciferous vegetables, green leafies, fresh fruits and all that stuff!. You need enough vitamins and minerals to process the nutriets (fats, proteins, carbs) in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not sure if there's anything outside of cosmetic surgery anyone can do to make areas of their bodies bigger!.

But that said!.!. to build muscle though you usually need to workout that muscle with weights and add extra protein to your diet!.

And considering that the backside is muscle I'm sure there's some way to build that muscle up, just like when weight lifters build up the muscles in their arms etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
