Question: A week til the beachhh ! D:!?
so i have a few days til i go to the beach!.
and its my first time going !.
i wanna look nice and i wanna have fun!.
but my problem is, im not too happy wif my bod;
i ve been excercising daily
but i just wanna know
what excercise can increase the results!.
i want my thighs and love handles to reduce by the time im havin fun in the sun [;
btw im 14

i'm 14 too and what i did was i stopped eating meat and started doing yoga everyday!. if you want to tighten your thighs i hear that leg lifts and lunges are the best thing!.for the most part crunches don't work unnless you do like 300 of them a day (i've tried it, it hurts) so you should buy an exercise ball that comes with one of those workout videos in it to help you use it!.
as far as food goes i'd say not eating meat and fried food is the best way to go!. but if you don't want to give up meat you could try replacing certain foods for healthier stuff!. like instead of fried chicken try baked, instead of soda drink propel, instead of pancakes and eggs for breakfast try toast, yogurt, fruit, and orang juice!.
walking to school or work or whatever is better than getting a ride(and you would be helping the environment, cars are harmful but handy)!.

Work the entire area of the thigh when working out!. Work the inner, side, front, back and buttocks!. Exercises such as the bicycle, leg lifts, leg slides, squeezing a stability ball and leg raises help slim the thighs!.

Reduce the amounts of carbohydrates and fats in your diet!. If you notice that your thighs store fat, then any excess fat from food and drink will go straight to your thighs!. Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink skim milk, low fat dressings and fat free cream cheese and other cream based products!.

Begin a walking routine!. Walking helps slim down the body overall and won't bulk up your leg muscles like jogging will!.

Do cardiovascular work!. Now that you've changed your diet and thrown some muscle building into your routine, you need to pump your heart by doing a cardiovascular exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes!. Jog, cycle or swim!. (If you are unable to perform these tasks for that period of time, start slow and then build, adding a couple of minutes each session!.) By raising your heart rate and pumping blood through your circulatory system, your body will be burning more calories and thus be getting rid of fat!

The fastest way is to go running, so you will want to do this every day before you go to the beach!. Try going about 30 minutes a day, non-stop!. I know that this will be hard, but it should work!.

I'm surprised that you didn't say anything about your stomach (most girls say that!.!.!.!. lol)
