You shouldn't miss anything !.!.!. if you diet by radically changing your food intake, you start feeling deprived and then you pig out and you feel guilty and you end up off the diet with your head in a bag of cheesy puffs, licking the crumbs off the bottom!.

Eat anything you want, but in moderation!. If yu have an absolute craving for strawberry ice cream, go somewhere and buy ONE scoop, eat it slowly and enjoy the taste!.

That's better for you than buying a gallon of low-fat imitation ice cream and eating the whole carton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat in moderation with a few changes!. For instance, I use Barilla Pasta Plus (17g proetin and Omega 3s) instead of regular pasta!. I use extra virgin olive oil instead of butter, lite or fat free dressings on salads, but I ALWAY butter my bread unless I make roasted garlic with oil and herbs and brushetta!. I don't fry anything!. I bake or grill and always make sure my chicken breasts are skinless!. I eat loads of seafood and roasted or steamed veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chocolate!. But I usually still have it, only in small quantities though, like say for example if I fancy some I usually buy a small bar of something like a milkyway with half the amount of calories that a normal sized bar contains :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

chips!.!.crisps!.!.!.chocolate!.!.!.!.!.!.!. all the stuff i'm trying to avoid!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.
