Question: Should i carry on doing pilates, or another exercise!?
i've been doing this 20 minute pilates workout for a month to look slimmer, and i see a difference, but not as much as i expected!. should i give it more time, or give up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

pilates is good for your stabilizer muscles and is great for your joints and tendons but i would recommend a good cardio workout after for about 25 minutes!. and the fat will just diminish!. cardio=running, swimming, walking up and down stairs in your house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need a good fat blasting cardio workout!. You can try running, run/walk, or the elliptical!. Or try Tae Bo DVD's!. I absolutely love them!. I have been doing them for years!
