Question: Is 32% body fat a lot!?
At school we got a body fat test thing done with machine thing and it said i had 32% body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if I remember right, i think anything over 30% is considered obese, atleast for women!. But we have those at school, and they are REALLY inaccurate!. You can probably go to a local gym and get a free consultation with a trainer where they will give you a more in-depth and accurate test taken, which evaluates not only your body fat, but your stamina, cardio, etc!. You can't base whether you are fat or unhealthy purely on that one number!. Think about it this way: you may have 32% body fat, but maybe you are really strong or you can run a long way, which is better than having 7% and fainting after one step because you haven't eaten in two days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry but the healthy body fat percentage for women is between 20-28%, you are a tad over but luckly it is something that can be fixed!. Just eat healthy and excercise to lower that percentage!. I forgot to add that it may be better for you to convert that fat into muscle since it would be healthier for you to replace the fat with muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
