i really want to loose some wait i just need some new ways to lose it...


Answers:

Drink lots and lots of water. Ban soda and junk food from your diet. Sugar creates fat.

Go walking for 30 minutes a day or how ever long you want. Go dancing, that's a great way to loose weight.

After you walk do stretches(i.e. toe touches armstretches ect...)because it loosens up the fat on the body. Make sure when you go walking, go some where where there is scenery!

Otherwise walking is boring. Don't just eat fruits and veggies. Proportion them. Check out diet sites for proportioning.

Pull out a Richard Simmons tape and get partying. (I think thats his name...the guy with the afro.)

But walking is the best thing for you. I walk for an hour a day and It seems to be working for me. Women are different from guys those, we can loose weight like that, but a women's body stores it, so it's harder to loose.

Walk walk walk. And when you do, squeeze your butt and shoulders back. It works on the muscles some how. I forget how exactly though. Don't drag your feet, bend your knees. If your going into highschool, I recommend taking JROTC if they have it, they teach you to march which MELTS the pounds away. My friend(who is a girl) takes it, and she wanted to loose weight and she's lost over 30 pounds within half a year. That's pretty good even if it doesn't seem like a lot.
