Answers:
Sounds filling, and the kind of lunch for someone doing lots of physical activity in the afternoon!. There is a lot of protein in Tuna and some in Avocado, so you could remove the cheese to reduce calories without reducing much protein!. Add some fruit for dessert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kind of!.
Here are some things that would be better!.
also you should have more whole grains in your lunch!.!.
it all depends on what you eat all day and everyday here are some healthy luches

Low fat cheese spread on whole wheat crackers!.
Individual serving-sized packages of low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, or yogurt smoothies!.
Baby carrots, celery sticks, or apple slices with dips made from yogurt or low fat sour cream!.
Mini-burritos made with rice and black beans or refried beans in a tortilla with tomato salsa!. These can be heated or eaten cold!.
Baked chips or pretzels are a better choice than high-fat potato chips or cheese snacks!.
Drinks made from water with a splash of cranberry, peach, grape, or other fruit juice are healthier than sodas!. Excess consumption of pure sugar-laden juices can increase the risk of obesity!.
Whole grain bagels topped with cream cheese-vegetable spread!.
Air-popped popcorn flavored with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese!.
Low fat cheese cubes and seedless grapes make a delicious side dish for sandwiches or wraps!.

Try whole wheat or fat lite crackers instead of bread!. You can eat almost the whole pack of Melba Toast!. Cut the cheese!.!.!.haha, unless you buy fat free, which isn't the best thing next to a cardboard box!. Get some low fat or fat free mayo!. Mix the tuna (in water only) with mayo and spread on the cracker!. Roll the avacado in lettuce leaves and dip in a balsamic vinagrette!. Finish it with fresh strawberries dipped in low fat yogurt or cottage cheese!.

1 serving of Tuna is less than 1/2 the can! Eat only 1/4 of the avacado or less!.

Don't make a salad of it, make cracker sandwiches and spread your whole plate with a tad bit of food!. Your eyes will see it as a "whole plate of food" and your belly will be happy with a smaller portion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
