What can i change ?!


Question: What can i change !?
I've been off and on dieting for about 2 years, i've lost weightt and gained!. Its been the same routine!. Im trying it again, I can do the workout, but all I need is the motivation and I dont have it because I just cave in later, what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problems!! for me its i know the results are coming im just too inpatient to wait for them!

i recently bought nivea goodbye cellulite and in the box they had a workout dvd, i popped it in expecting it to be a normal, beginners routine!.!.!. i have never sweat that much before and after i feel so great! ive done it around 4 times now and can already see things statying to tighten up!.!.!.!. you need somthing that will give you results fast!.!.

try walking every morning!.!.just walk !.!.!.!.my cousin shes definely a big girl!.!.!.she done exercise!.!.!.dieting!.!.even taking pills!.!.!.but nothings!.!.!.!.my japanese friend suggested walking every morning!.!.just walk until she sweats and carry a bottle of water!.!.!.!.!.well it works!.!.!.her weight gradually decreases her heart strenghteh and my cousin feels goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
