How do you get more meat into your diet?!


Question: How do you get more meat into your diet!?
I'm not a vegetarian, i like chicken fish and eggs, but i don't like red meat!? Any suggestions on how i could have some extra protien/iron!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i only eat those 3 forms of protein too, i just try to make sure that i have atleast one of the above items in my diet everyday!. and take iron supplements too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more beans such as pintos, blackeye peas and dried type of bean is a good source of protein as well as peanut butter ( go easy on the pb, calories) Also there are some good protein powders out there to mix with milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
