Question: Easy ways to lose weight quickly!?
ok so im not over weight or anything!.Im 5ft3 and a Uk size 8!.i weight 8stone!.i just want to loose a little weight!.i no people will say i dont need to but i want to!.so does any1 no any quick ways of losing weight fast!.thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try to cut back 500 calories on your food intake per day, and you can burn about 500 calories in extra exercise per day!. That'll help you lose about 2 pounds per week!. In my nutrition class, we were told that losing over 2 pounds a week meant you were losing either water weight or muscle weight!. I suppose if you wanted to lose more weight than 2 pounds(a little under a kilo) a week you could always just excercise more!. sorry but theres no such thing theres long time diets when you just make a small change to your diet this will be easy or theres short term crash diets which are very hard to do!. I suggest a long term thing because on crash diets you mainly loose water weight and will put it all back on as soon as you start eating normally again!. Also hate to break it to you but weight loss will be especially hard for you as your already skinny whereas if your bigger then its easier to shift the pounds!. I'm the same height and clothes size as you! Only I weigh about half a stone more than you!. I'm not anorexic I just want to lose a tiny bit of weight which is basically what you are saying!. I'm not altering my diet a lot because I don't have a very big appetite anyway!.!.!. But I am getting a job so I can pay for a gym membership!. If you really do want to lose quickly (surely not more than a couple of pounds!?) concentrating on protein only is the best way, from my experience!. Meat is best!. Eat steak or chicken three times a day, or whenever you are hungrey, with green vegetables only!. No potato, starch, bread, dairy!. Black tea, coffee, water!. No alcohol!.

Don't do this for long though!.

cornflake or cereal diet just replace 2 meals with your favourite cereal and eat a sensible meal in the evening will keep you trim do it for a couple of weeks though no more!.

watch your diet, low carbs and high protein food!. Don't have any carbs after 8pm!. Do lots of cardio workout, like running and cycling!. But the most important is your diet!Www@Answer-Health@Com
