Question: Um help please!?
I wanna lose some weight but mostly around my legs!.thighs preferably!.
i think they are 20 inches at the widest i want to go down to at least 17 inches or 15!. any ideas!?
i go for an hours walk each day and eat quite helathly

you can't control WHERE the weight comes off!. Your body will use burn fat deposits from all over, so it may take a while to get those legs slimmer!. I would advise you to do Jog/Sprint intervals!. (jog 2mins/sprint 30 seconds)!. Also, 20 inches on your legs isn't large, even if you are only 4'11!. My arms are that big, and I am 6'1!. You could add some bodyweight squats in if you want to, that will firm them up if you are interested in that effect!. T-Nation!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com
1!. Do more cardio!. Walking is great for staying healthy, but you need to bring it to the next level!. Running is good, as is swimming, but you should try walking up and down stairs for about 20 to 30 minutes a day!.
2!. Try some leg lift exercises!. You will need to focus on both the outer and inner thigh muscles to achieve the results you seek!. You can buy inexpensive resistance bands at a sporting goods store, or even little ankle weights that you strap around your ankles (but I don't recommend walking with those on)!.
3!. Find ways to burn more calories than you consume!. To get rid of those inches on your thighs, you need to burn fat!. While cardio is great for that, and you need resistance training to build those muscles, you also need to reduce your calorie intake AND increase your activity level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well seeing as I have no idea what your weight is, you might not need to lose that much weight at all!. Instead of walking everyday, try jogging every other day or something!. Jogging does great things to the body & makes you feel great (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
well u might want to do some squats and lungs, those really work the legs and butt, but other than that i really dont have any idea, sorry

Walking Is Good for body, it would be good to walk Faster!.!.!.
