How much weight can I lose if I only eat fruits and veggies and work out an hour a day?Is it a good idea?!?!?

I am 135 pounds and 5.8". I just want to lose 10 pounds.

yeah, but you need to add some lean meat and a little carbs. Or get your protein from beans or eggs.
