Answers:

Walk, run, swim, play basketball/baseball/soccer etc., bike ride, do stretches and sit ups. Eat a diet high in protein (eggs, lean chicken, etc.) and lay off the junk food but don't ban it completely. If you cut out all of the junk food you like, or other foods you like, you may be likely to binge. Also eat high fiber foods: whole wheat bread instead of white, wheat pasta, brown rice, cereals with less sugar like wheat chex, wheaties, etc. Also, you can eat sweet potatoes instead of regular.

A good, filling breakfast is eggs or egg whites with wheat toast and fruit. Then eat some fruit for a snack before lunch. At lunch have chicken and veggies or rice or pasta. Have some fruit and a high fiber granola bar (like Cliff bars, just be sure to watch the sugar in them. Over 7gs of sugar is kind of high) or crackers for an afternoon snack. For dinner make sure to have protein and lots of veggies. If you're still hungry have some dessert: low fat pudding, sugar free jell-o, fruit, etc. Cut down on the soda or switch to diet. Drink homemade iced tea or unsweetened. Drink lots of water. Drink skim milk and use margarine instead of butter.

Finally, watch your portion sizes. Since you're a 15 year old male your metabolism is probably pretty high so it shouldn't take you long at all to lose 20lbs.

Good Luck!
