Random stomach bloating could be caused by IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) which can be brought on through stress, bad food or lack of something in your diet (like certain types of fibre)!. I would check with your doctor for a proper diagnosis as there are different causes and types of IBS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Like someone else mentioned, it could be IBS!. There are other reasons too like if you have your period, fluid retention or perhaps you have an allergy that you are not aware of, the most commons unknown allergies being dairy or wheat!.

Could you have an allergy!? A lot of people find wheat causes them to bloat!. Try cutting out pasta, rice, bread etc for a week and see whether that helps!.
