Yea!.!.!.!.!.you have to shed some pounds to get back a decent shape of your body!. With your height , it isn't nice to have this huge lump of fat spread all over your body!. Please reduce the weight by 20 to 30 pounds in about 3 months by going to gym regularly , doing the workings under the supervision of an instructor and have a balanced diet which is usually better prescribed by the Dietitians!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 lbs is waaay too much for only 2 months!. It's recommended to lose no more than 1% your body weight per week!. In other words, 1!.6 lbs per week should be your limit; to lose weight in a healthy fashion!.
