Muscle building?

whats the difference between training for muscle growth for bulking up the body and strength training for increasing stamina and power?

how do i do both? and what are the best equipments.

I also want to know about warming up and cooling down before and after a workout and what are good ways to do the same


Answers:

There are many schools of thought on this issue. To me there is no difference. If you train hard and eat properly your strength, stamina, and lean body mass are going to increase. No matter what type of program you initiate just be sure to increase the weight on all your lifts by 10% every 3-4 weeks. Give this program a shot:

SHOULDERS

Behind the Neck Press 3x8-10

Standing Barbell Curls3x8-12

Every 3 weeks increase the weight by 10% on all lifts.
