Low heart rate and i have an Eating Disorder. What should i do?!

Question: Low heart rate and i have an Eating Disorder!. What should i do!?
I have been measuring my heart rate for the last two weeks!. On the first week i was 61 beats per minute, and this week i was 58 beats per minute!. This is resting and i can guarantee i hadnt been walking about before i did it!.
I was concerned because wikipedia says the average resting heart rate women should be 75 beats per minute!. Im not a very active person at all so i wouldnt say exercise plays much of a factor at all!.
As a side note, i have an eating disorder (Bulimia) but recently i have been restricting calories again!.
I was just wondering if this is normal to have a low heart rate!? Is it even that low!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes it is normal!. Technically, the normal resting heart rate range is from 60-100 beats per minute, but many people have (especially endurance athletes) lower heart rates than this!. 58 is usually nothing to worry about!. On the other hand, your heart rate could be a reflection of your eating disorder!. By this I mean that you are slowing your metabolism down due to your caloric deficit which could be reflected by a slow heart rate!. Because of the eating disorder, I might seek out getting an EKG!. There are certain arrhythmias that are caused by eating disorders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
