Body For LIFE ??!


Question: Body For LIFE !?!?
so i dont eat many clories at all and i have been dieting for a long time!.!.!. i would rely like to lose some fat and get toned !.!.!. im tinking about doing body for life but im scare dim going to gain weight becuse you eat so much and dont count calories :S !?!? do people gain weight on BFL or dose it alwayse work !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you looked at the diet plan!?
it's portion control!. a portion of protein and one of carbs and atl least 2meals you have vegis!. so i think it works but think counting cals!. is better!.
so my suggestion is!. do the zigzag diet which is portion control but you count cals!. so you know that you are eating the right amount( i count calories because i want to lose only a lb!. a week to cut down on muscle loss and it works really good for me!.)
and do the body for life exercise plan!.
///btw!. if you look at the BFL before and after photos!. many of the people are really overweight!. so in the beginning !. portion control would be all they would need to lose weight because they were eating way too many cals and weren't active!.
///you can lose 5lbs of fat and gain 5lbs of muscle by eating just maintanance level cals!. and the difference in how your body would look would be huge because fat has 5x the volume as muscle!.

Counting calories only would not help you lose weight healthily!.!.

The best way is to have a low carbs diet and more exercise!.!.
