Question: My Bmi is 25!.8, im 15, im 5'6, and i wear size 11 pants, & size xl shirts!. am i fat!?

you're slightly overweight, but not really!. it's not your size in pants that matters!. it's just that you're BMI is !.8 over the healthy limit [a healthy BMI is 18-25]!. But you're still growing since you're only 15, so don't worry about it too much!. as for weight loss, if you exercise and eat less carbs and more fruits, the weight will come right off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is arobic exercise that increases the heart rate!. You can run, jazzercise, step exercise, or anything that speeds up your cardiovascular rate!.

You need to do two things!.

1) Get a body fat test to see what your percentage of body fat is!. For a girl your age, 16%-28% body fat is healthy!.

2) Measure your waist at the smallest point (above the belly button)!. If it is not over 32 inches then it's fine!.

you are slightly overweight according to your bmi!.!.!.!.!.what worked for me was eating lots of veggies and fruit and doing cardio for 45 mins 4 to 5 days a week
