Question: What is cardio!.!.& what works to lose alot of weight!?
i really wanna lose some weight for my boyfriend!. plz help & i dont like push ups !. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

cardio strengthens your heart, makes you run for longer without dying (psychologicaly)!. i found the best way to lose weight is weights type excercise or boxing!. 10 mins a day sparring boxing before breakfast and taking the stairs is enough!.

And before any meal or snack have a glass of soda water, it fills you up!.

Starving yourself is not good for you, you lose concentration and become a bit discoloured, but control is essential, a healthy brekkie, light lunch and a big dinner to stop you snacking past midnight!.

And if you're doing it for your boyfriend, get his support, get him to box or run or do weights with you and talk about it together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to loose weight the most effective exercise is high intensity interval training, which is a type of cardio where you sprint or move at a fast pace for a short amount of time keeping your heart rate around 90% of max then you slow down and walk/slow jog at about 60-70% of your max heart rate!.

an example would be:
5 min warmup
1min sprint
1min walk
1min sprint
1min walk
etc
etc
5min cooldown!.

do the interval parts for a total of 20-30 mins 3-5 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is exercise that gets your heart rate pumping, running, biking, rowing, elliptical machines, swimming!.

Eating right and exercising regularly will cause you to loose weight, but definitely don't do it for your boyfriend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eventhough I don't support your reason for trying to lose weight!.!.!. I guess try weight watchers, it worked for me!.

Cardio is an exercise for your heart muscle, like running, rowing, swimming, etc!. Those should all help you lose weight, in addition to a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
