Answers:
You have a real medical condition (thyroid problem) and were taking medication, so cut yourself some slack!. If you want to lose weight, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and more lean proteins (turkey, chicken, fish, skim milk, lowfat cheese, etc!.), drink plenty of fluids, control your portions (healthy portions, not starvation), and exercise!.

You're very lucky to have such supportive people in your life, especially your bf!. It sounds like he really cares about you and loves what's on the inside!. When someone loves you for who you really are, they really don't care what you look like!. That doesn't mean they think you're fat or ugly!. That just means they love you for you--and that kind of love doesn't come around everyday!. So don't pressure the bf to confirm your belief that you're fat!.

Cellulite!. Almost everybody gets cellulite at some point in their lives!. The funny thing is, the people who get it are usually the only ones who care that they have it!. Trust me, 163lbs!. is not fat! Skinny people get cellulite too!. Just be glad you have those wonderful people in your life, and give yourself a break!. Nobody is perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you know you have a thyroid problem!? If you have been legitimately tested and diagnosed with a thyroid condition you should be on a medication like T3 or T4 for it!. Those meds along with a modest exercise program will melt fat from you!.

If you are like a hundred other women I have met that have self diagnosed the condition (no disrespect intended) then its really about getting to the gym!. My fiancee is 190 lbs but she is stunningly beautiful so the weight does not detract from her all that much (think of a heavier Catherine Zita Jones)!. I love her the way she is but I know that her self confidence is affected by the weight so I try to encourage her to join me in the gym as much as is possible!. Ultimately though, its her decision!. The same holds true for you!.

Start by multiplying your weight times 14 and eating that many healthy calories per day!. Up your water intake and join a gym to start some moderate weight lifitng!. See where things go from there!. Good luck, i'm sure you are already beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look we all have the same problem!. Skinny people get cellulite too!.

Here's what you need to do!. Get a cellulite brush and some firming lotion!. Brush the skin until its red, in a circular motion!. Then apply the cream and massage it in!. Massage is very important for cellulite!. Do this twice a day for two weeks and you'll see a difference!.

Remember to drink two litre's of water a day!.

It happens to every woman at one time or another, fat or thin!. Don't be so hard on your boyfriend!. Your lucky to have a nice looking fella that appreciates you for you!. Don't obsess, its very unattractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
