Is it possible to loose 6 pounds in a week???!


Question: Is it possible to loose 6 pounds in a week!?!?!?
I really need to loose 6 pounds in about one weeek! If it is possible, HOW DO I!?!?!?!? Give me examples of stuff like this:
jog 20 min

When doing situps and activitiesthat built up muscle, keep in mind that muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so if you do X amount of situps a day, you might lose 2kgs, but gain 3 kgs of muscle, so overall thats 1kg you're gaining, but dont worry, muscle is good =]

Dont bother starving yourself!. It slows down the metabolism, resulting in more weight gain in the future!.

I would walk everyday!. About 20 minutes!. Also, longer strides will smooth out cellulite on the @ss!.

I had cellulive, and went for a walk a day for 2 days (30 mins) and 2 days later i looked at my *** and the cellulite had minimized a lot!.

Thats cause i took long strides You could walk for one hour taking tiny little slow steps and nothing would happen!. But if you walked for 15 or 20 mins taking long srides, you could lose a decent amount of weight and cellulite!.

Swimming is great, as its weightless excersise!. This means that theres absolutely no stress on your legs, because the water holds your weight!.

Im in AUstralia so i cant go swimming cause its winter, but public pools are always open!. They can be awfully busy in summer though!.

Maybe, if you have been eating a lot lately so your metabolism is high, and are not on a diet already!. Also, if you are not exercising at all now, if you just eat 1200 calories a day (the least possible that will not slow down your metabolism) and do as much cardio as possible, then you may lose that much, but mostly water weight!.
It is only possible to lose 2-3 lbs!. of actual body weight/fat per week, and some of that is muscle!.!.!. so that is how much you would lose in a second week if all the water weight is gone!. After the initial week on a diet, it is not healthy to lose much more than 2 lbs in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very unhealthy to lose that much in one week and the weight will return!. A better choice would be to write down everything you eat and keep close watch that you only eat healthy and nutritious food!. No junk food!. Be good to yourself and take care of your health!. Jog 2 times a day for 45 minutes for each of the two times!.
sit-ups for 3 times a day for 10 minutes of the two times!.
jump and jacks 3 times a day for 5 minutes each!.

yes it is, work out for about 30 mins a day, do cardio and upperbody and lowerbody work!. keep doing it, you can also do push ups chin ups!. you dont have to do all of those but keep at them for 30 mins a day for a week and you could lose 6 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com
