Question: Not eating after 6pm, and im trying to lose weight!?! yes or no!?
Ok i work full-time and i have 3 kids, dont really have much time to exercise, and i live in a small town, so there is no gyms here!. Well anyways ive heard not eating after 6pm will help you lose weight!.
How can i make this work!? Im not fat, but i have a belly! so blah!

It's a matter of not eating within 2 hours of sleeping!.

Eat enough of low GI foods to feel satisfied (slow release carbs) e!.g Oats vs sugary cereal, baked potato vs cheese croissant, Minestrone vs lasagne!.

For nutritious snacking consider crudites* with homemade dips (salsa, guacamole, tahini, lemon juice, mayo, hummus, nut butters!.!.!.!.)
* My favs are carrot sticks, cucumber slices, celery, apple wedges, blanched broccoli)

Drink plenty of water min!. 8 cups daily!.
Green Tea helps revs up fat metabolism and has antioxidants!. I reckon that's one of the secrets of Oriental slimness!.

Minimise intake of processed foods (lot of added starchy fillers, sugar, salt and bad fats in them)!. Shelf life of the goods is prolonged but the body has so much more preservative exposure!.

Perhaps jog-on-the spot, using stairs/ramps more, hikes, follow along with DVD exercises that suit your space and inclinations (e!.g!. dance or , stretching) !.

if you dont eat enough by the time you eat again you are going to gain more weight !. like if you eat a lot in the day but really small amounts of food like vegetables food that are not fast food and you eat like very 3 hours and stuffs you are going to loose more weight and that is because with that your metabolism is going to work faster!. but if you eat like two times and one time a day your metabolistm and your body knows that it is not going to received more food in he day and its going to store the food in your sistem and you dont loose weight!. if you want to loose your belly do abdominals in your house just 5 minuts every day and drink one to two glasses of water just before going to bed and when you wake up too!. before eating something drink a glass of water and after 45 minutos of that you can eat your breakfast!. that will help with celulite and fat!. It's about diet, to maintain your weight you need to figure out your caloric intake which calculates using your height, weight, age, and activity level!. So for example with your height and weight if you were active 29yo your calorie intake should be about 2000 to maintain your weight!. use this link for calculator!. Yes thats helps ,but you say your not fat you just have a fat belly well here,s how i got rid of my belly fat i started belly dancing just in my home watching a tape on belly dancing now i have no belly at all and my husband loves watching me!. Try it, it will work!.Ps i eat mostly what i want except no fry foods or sodas and i drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always good to stop any eating several hours before going to bed!. The benefits are no acid reflux, no food just sitting in your belly from the lack of movement, your metabolism slows down while at rest, and of course food will not get to sit and turn to fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A big yes! It will definately help!. Has to do with active digestion!. You can have stuff like rice cakes or a piece of fruit and of course tea or skim milk (no herseys :)) Oprah never eats after 7:00 pm and says it really helps!.
