When eating healthy and exercising...when does your body STOP losing weight? Do !

Question: When eating healthy and exercising!.!.!.when does your body STOP losing weight!? Do you have to choose!?
Hi everyone!.
I am very much into weightlifting and working out!. I work out about 6-7 days a week and I do lots of cardio (running, biking!.!.etc)!. I eat really healthy with sweets and fats in moderation!. I'm about 5"4!.5" and I weight 109 pounds!. I used to be 115-117 for the LONGEST time!. According to the BMI calculators online, I am in the underweight category (barely though)!. People have recently been telling me I look much thinner!. The thing that confuses me is I eat the right amount and I never skip a meal, and I certainly don't believe I am overdoing my exercise!. So my question is, if I keep going at the rate I'm going, is my body going to keep losing weight or will I eventually just maintain!? It wouldn't make sense for me to be way underweight when I am eating normal and healthy!. Please explain!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
With as much exercising that you are doing you need to eat more!. weight loss / gain works the same way depending on how much food you put in your body and depending on how much exercise you do will depend on how much you gain or loose!. Its Caloric intake versus energy output So if you take in 2000 calories and burn 2500 calories you will start to see weight loss!. Thats why you see athletes constantly eating because there body needs to refuel and energize due to the amount of exercise they do!.
So keep on eating healthy just eat a little more, and more healthy carbs so that you can have even more energy to live your healthy life style!.

You can go to www!.mypyramid!.gov to get a detailed amount of calories you should have on a daily basis!. As well as a balance of the healthy foods you should have!.

By the way being underweight can be just as dangerous as being overweight!. So be careful and continue to be as healthy as you can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
