Question: How to lose leg, arm, belly, and face weight!.!?
just pretty much lose weight everywhere haha!.
im almost 16 and im not that fat but i have a little belly
and i think my legs are worse!. and a little chubby arms!.
when i was 13 i was skinny, i moved out in the middle of nowhere, and i
ve
been disgnosed with depression, so i havent gotten out much
ive gained some weight and i want to know how to lose it
without going to the gym

Try getting out more!. Having a moderately busy schedule is proven to help not gain weight because you are no longer worrying about eating!. Join a sport's team, dance class, etc!. Try starting a fun hobby!. Incorporating fun into your schedule is much better and more interesting than regular old excersize!. Soon, you'll become much happier becasue you'll have something that will stick with you-- something you learned that was new, something that was fun, and something awesome that is also healthy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, realize how normal it is for this to happen!. Female hormones cause us to put on fat for the future (baby reproduction) and male hormones cause them to put on muscle (how fair is that!?) Anyway, eat lean meats (like fish, grilled pork chops or chicken -no fried stuff) and plenty of veggies/salads!. Watch the condiments (ketchup and mayonaise is full of extra calories)!. Drink plenty of water!. To drink enough water throughout the day you have to stay at it -8 8oz glasses (not all at once because that can be dangerous!!!) and get busy!. Walk, ride your bike, jog, swim, work in the yard!. Whatever you like to do just stay busy at it!. Don't park it on the couch!. You'll be fine and it will stabilize as you grow and get into more activities!. Just don't obsess over it!. Make a decision to have a healthy lifestyle and do it and you won't have a problem!. Obsess over it and you may end up with an eating disorder!. You are in the right age group to be at risk for that so it's your choice, healthy or sick-go for healthy, you won't regret it:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u can run do setups and watch what u eat no fast food at all that is a must and not sodas at all or anything in that nature just water and do setups and pus ups thats always a pluse!.!.iam doing that right nw i swear and i have lost 6pds in just 4days but i run and walk a total of 4miles a day i dont think u are willing to do that but that is like loseing 2 pounds aday i say that cuz i dont run one of those days all i did was setups and push upsWww@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating alot when u are depressed!.!.!.try walking when u are depress or even other activities like drawing, writing or something besides eating!.!.!.

go out and get physical!.!.!.!.activities that is!.!.!.walking is better and stop eating u on 16 dang when u get 19 what u gonna be obese!.!.!.stop the madness now before it get worse!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be more active!. Take a walk, join a sports team, take up biking or hiking, dancing, swimming, even gardening!.

You could also go on amazon!.com and look into getting some excercise DVDs, since you don't want to go to a gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went from a size 7 to a 26-28 in less than 2 years with an abusive ex bf!.!.!.from depression!. Food became my drug of choice!. I just started losing weight when he left me homeless, found a great job, was in college, and found out I was 2 months pregnant!. I only gained baby-related weight because I was on a very strict diet for my baby's sake!. I got with a guy for almost 9 yrs who didn't care I was heavy and I didn't lose any weight!. We broke up and I put on alittle more!. I finally woke up and went on the Adkins diet and lost 20 lbs and was walking all the time!.!.!.but, shattered my leg!. I put on the 20 lbs I lost, including another 20 when I shattered my leg, plus another 100 after being home within a year from severe depression!. I was in a wheelchair, I could not exercise!. I had the bariatric surgery and as I lost weight began to work out!. I worked out 2 times a day and by the 2nd yr of being in a wheelchair, I was able to walk!.!.not alot but I could walk!. I have now lost 240 lbs and had I not worked out, I would be having skin hanging all over!. I toned up so well!.!.!.that I don't need skin removal!. My advice is!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.lower your carbs, get off of sugar, do not eat fatty meats, and workout-walking is great!.!.!.as you lose you will lose all over!. Use hand weights while you walk!.!.!.which will help with the arms!. Get the weight off now while you are young!.!.!.if you don't your health will get so bad, you won't be able to!. Drink lots of water-sugar free drinks, but eat too!. Many people don't know this and I know 2 people who died from drinking so much water that they washed the sodium out of their bodies and died!. You need to drink alot of water!.!.!.!.!.but eat small meals-low fat-low carb!. Do it for your health and as you see results, your depression will get better!. Also, don't believe everything sugar free is going to help you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.puddings, cookies, etc!.!.!.!.are still loaded in carbs!. Good carbs is going to be in your fresh fruit and vegetables!. Pop and alcohol are high empty calories!. I can't believe it's not butter spray is a great substitute for margarine!. Don't just jump on a diet like Adkins and eat all the meat-no matter how high the fat is!.!.!.turkey-meat is way better for you instead of bacon, ham, sausage!.!.!.Also, Most people who lose alot of weight on Adkins, puts it back on and then some when they go off of it!. Use common sense and the will to live and your will to lose weight will be even more ambitious!. I love nutra sweet instead of sugar and get rid of extra salt!.!.!.!.it will keep water in your body and keep you 10-15 lbs heavier!. Bake not fry and never eat the skin on meats!.
