Why don't you cut the grease, I read somewhere recently that a breakfast full of protein and healthy carbs like eggs and yeah bacon/ham and mushroom can do wonders for the diet!. Please don't ask me the source cos I can't remember!. I personally have 2 boiled eggs, a cup of milk with instant oatmeal for breakfast!. Then I walk my dogs for exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Personally I'd buy yourself a bag of oats and have porridge for breakfast!. It's lower GI so will keep you fuller for longer and give you the energy!. Unless you are on a no/low carb diet then obviously bacon and eggs is appropriate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd rather you go cereal in no fat milk, cereal will large pass and assist other stuff to pass in your bowel movements, eggs (egg yolks not so much the whites) and bacon can linger on you a bitWww@Answer-Health@Com
