Weight gain for school nurse?!
Question: Weight gain for school nurse!?
I joined a healthy eating thing at school with my mates and we had to keep a food diary - now our learning mentor is questioning my weight!. I eat very little and she's already asked me to try to eat more but I'm not going to!. Now she wants to make me see the school nurse, how can I make my weight appear to increase without actually gaining!? I'm 74lb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell your teacher your not going to the nurse!.
If she has a problem with that she can call your folks!.
If you do have a eating disorder you might want to talk to your folks!.
the fact is though your a teenager and have a fast metabolism!.
that will slow down as you get older!. i would rather be a little under weight than over but that's just my opinion!.

if they are going to weigh you, drink a lot of water before they weigh you!. you should be able to just say you dont want to see the nurse, surely they cant force you!? and start writing down that you are eating more than you are in your food diary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok so i know where your coming from and i know you don't want to gain weight but seriouly unless your like 4'8 you need to! i've struggled with anorexia for about 4 years now and it is not the path you want to go down!. please get some help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
